what's the ranking that one should avail inorder to get seats under government quota in karnataka cet exams

i have entered parent income as 2 lakhs in kcet application form but actually my parent income is around 1 lakh. whether i will be given the reservstion seat in kcet counselling if i show them original govt. income certificate

You would get the seat till 36k rank, but in not good college.

same problem what Pavan bond have. I want change my college as well as Branch. So whats the solution???? i think this year its not possible to change.. in next year….! means at 3rd sem is it possible? bec all of my friends were telling that SNQ Students don't have chance to transfer.. please clarrify my doubt…..
